Project Temporary Return of Quilified Netionals (TRQN II )
Wederopbouw en ontwikkeling van Georgie
Via het project TRQN II draagt IOM bij aan de wederopbouw en ontwikkeling van Georgie. Dit gebeurt door het tijdelijk uitzenden van migranten die in Nedrerland wonen en afkomstig zijn van Georgie. Zij dragen ter plaatse kennis en ervaring over, de nadruk ligt op capaciteitsversterking van lokale instellingen. Belangrijk uitgangspunt is de vraag in de land van herkomst -Georgie.
IOM werkt in dit project nauw samen met:
-IOM-vestigingen ter plaatse
-partnerorganisaties in de publieke en private sector in de land en van herkomst.- Georgie.
-migrantennetwerken in Nederland en andere Europese landen.
IOM nederland is bruggenbouwer tussen de diaspora en organisaties in de landen van herkomst- Georgie en Nederland. In de eerste fase van TRQN van april 2006 t/m/ juni 2008, ondersteunde IOM 160 tijdelijke uitzendingen in verschilende landen- Afganistan, Bosnie en Herzogovina Sierra Leone en Soedan.
For TRQN II-project, IOM closely coorperate with Geogia Foundation / Georgian Diaspora.
Who can participate in the TRQN II project?
The project, which will run until the end of June 2011, is intended for:
- Higher educated migrants who originate from Georgia and are currently living in the Netherlands.
- Public and private sector organizations in the target countries.
How does the project work?
The TRQN II project places qualified nationals (resource persons) in the relevant target country - Georgia, They are chosen based on their qualifications and experience and the specific needs of the target countries - Georgia. The duration of these temporary placements varies from a few weeks to a maximum of three months. A resource person can be placed in the target country one or more times.
Procedure:
-Interested candidates in the Netherlands send their curriculum vitae (CV and a complate application form to IOM in the Huague. On the application form, the candidaate indicates how long and in which disciplne he/he wants to share knowledge or other relevant resources;
-IOM matches the candidates in close coorporation with these organizations;
-IOM offers assistance with both the preparations and the transport of the candidate and during his/her placement in Georgia.
What are the general conditions for participation?
Applicants must:
-Originate from Georgia
-Possess Dutch nationality or Dutch residence permit
-be higher educated and have at least three years of relevant work experience
-have good communicative skills
-be highly motivated
Candidates are preferably experienced in teaching and project based working.
